UNITED WE STAND UANJ HVAC/R Division - Edward R. Gehm Training Center 009 - 274 Hazlet, New Jersey 322 - 475 Greetings: The next S.T.A.R. Certification test will be offerd on a date to be determined by demand. If you are interested in participating in a testing session, please call the Training Center as soon as possible. The price of the test is now $128.00 and is paid for by the MCICNJ one time. If you are not successful, you would be responsible for payment on any additional tests. Checks must be made out to: UA-NJ A/C & Refrigeration Division Education Fund. Successful completion of the UA STAR HVAC/R Certification exam earns applicants 32 hours of college credit towards an Associates Degree from UA/WCC. The Certification exam is 199 questions and you are allowed 4 hours. Review sessions can be held at the Training Center or on-line using the Blackboard system. You must first register before being granted access to the system. If you have a subject matter you would like addressed for night classes, E-mail or call the Training Center. We will try to accommodate you as long as there is interest from the field. |
